Established in 1996, CyMod Systems Pty Ltd provides advanced numerical modelling services to a wide range of government and private organisations.

Our facility in Perth contains sufficient computer resources to solve most numerical modelling problems in a timely manner. These resources include workstations, servers and a 24-processor cluster. An extensive range of commercial software is also used to support the construction and reporting of model output, including ARCGIS, Global Mapper and Delphi.

CyMod's highly qualified staff has over 25 years of combined industry experience. In particular, our Principal Consultant Neil H. Milligan has more than 20 years experience in hydro-geological modelling, including the extensive use of numerical groundwater models (two and three dimensions) for flow and solute transport as it applies to water resource management, mine dewatering, tailings seepage, contaminant remediation and risk assessment.

Our services include groundwater and solute transport modelling, surface modelling, tailings deposition modelling, process simulation and water balance modelling. All of these services use numerical modelling to provide quantitative solutions for clients. Our various models have been both developed in-house as well as adopted from the public domain, so that the most relevant and cost-effective solutions are applied to client scenarios.
